So can I enable manual mesh leveling with the motherboard that is in the JG magic?

Great question - yes you can, once you install the custom community firmware.

To the best of my knowledge, you will have to download the firmware that was modified for the JG magic by Da Hai. There is an excellent guide that was made my Samuel on the forum, explaining how this can be done.
