I think I changed the "home" location, how do I reset that to the correct location?

After I clicked on something in the menu on accident- the build plate moved too far in the y axis and made a grinding noise. It also seemed to not be locating "home" correctly. Any hints on what to do to get it back to normal like they were before I messed things up?
