Repeatable Z-banding

Hello!
I've been having a great time with my A5S - Overall pretty happy with the print quality out of the box.
One constant problem I've been having is z-banding. The pattern seems to be fixed. I can hold two separate prints next to each other and see the layers have the same banding at the same height.
I haven't touch anything with the Z-axis at all. I've read it could be the stock blue grease maybe?
Otherwise it could be the bed springs which I'll print some of these to try to reduce the movement there.
Any other suggestions?
