Working on the A5S.  Tool -  It's a rope with end loops that I added knots until it was just right.  The rope goes over the top frame to support bed. Make sure rope loops go completely over knobs

This is a new printer.  At the JG Factory, somebody is getting crazy with the glue gun.  Stringy glue going from one connector to another and somehow got loops of it smashed down into the ribbon cable connector. Yikes.

Here is another odd place to inspect: 

Check the Connections behind the exterior plug connectors it is another  set of plug connectors.  Somehow these were loose and may have caused the loss of the mainboard on my first A5S
