A5S - X axis problem starting print at wrong place

Hi, instead of moving to it's intended position to start the print, x axis moves about 11 cm (4.3 inches) from home position and and the print starts at this position. I'm using the community software, but never had that problem before. Switching to the manufacturer's software did not have any effect. The info screen shows the x axis at position -6.0 when at home. I verified that the problem is not caused by the slicing software (Cura and JGAurora). As I can't open the firmware neither with the Arduino software nor with pronterface that doesn't connect to the printer, there is no way for me to check g-codes. Is there anybody who can help?

Welcome @schoen4u -- sorry for the slow reply. Did you have any luck? I suggest trying the Marlin 2.0D custom firmware on firmware.jgmakerwiki.com -- this is a "known good" firmware. I can then help you with the computer side over teamviewer or similar to check the slicer settings are all good. Feel free to private message me. Merry Christmas, Sam
