Z Achse brummt u stottert

Hobbyman78Hobbyman78 Posts: 2Member

Happy new year

Hello everyone,
After inexplicable printing interruptions of the printer, I swapped the stepper drivers of Z and Y for tmc2130.
I have the problem that my Z-axis hums and stops when moving by hand with a 10mm setting or when using the home function. When I manually drive into 1mm contacts I don't have the problem. I have Jewel Instructions for the Marlin Update and LCD Update Guide.
Can I use the Z axis rights in the Marlin setting? I think the speed of movement was concentrated.
Well everyone who are reading thanks and pending replies: Happy New Year

    Welcome @Hobbyman78
I agree, I think the acceleration of the z axis may be too high for your printer.
Connect to computer with USB, and run Pronterface.
M201 is the command to set acceleration limit.
    1. Send M503 to view the current setting.
    2. Send a new M201 ZXXX command to set the Z speed.
    3. Send M500 to save the new limit.
I suggest you also clean off all old grease using isopropyl alcohol, and then replace with superlube or similar.

    Thanks to Samuel Pinches

After i set Z to 15 it works as normal.
I make decision to lower X and Y  because i do not need a so high speed.

I do not know what the original speed was but now it works.
