Z axis not moving, even swapping the stepper drivers

Hello everyone,
After some months of not using my JGaurora A5 i wanted to start printing again so I turned the printer on and heard an unusual sound during the turning on, then it stopped. So I went to level the bed, like I always do when i want to start a print and at this point i noticed that the Z-axis wasn't getting closer to the bed, it wasn't moving at all. I looked up on the Internet for some solutions and found a user in this forum with the same problem and I read that by swapping the Z and E stepper drivers he temporarily fixed the issue, but I unfortunately, following the same process, have not obtained the same results.
I have the printer from a couple of years and never had a problem like this.
Hoping to hear from you guys as soon as possible, thanks in advance to anybody who will read this.
