It is there a way to customize the default layout?

Edit Profile lets you choose a theme, but apparently, both available themes, Default and CustomOne, look the same
Any feedback about what to change would be appreciated! I know the mobile theme is currently a bit broken, I'm working on that....
Edit: hopefully mobile theme is a little better now.
