Y axis issues / bed nut impacting on base

I seem to have an issue with the y axis bed support frame . The front LHS seems to be lower than the other 3 corners and measuring shows the frame is indeed lower at that end than the others. Now my bed nut keeps catching on the main frame as it moves, tightening and loosening all the time.
i think it’s been like it since I had it as that side always needed the most adjustment but it seems to have deteriorated to impacting the frame.
Looking at the unit there is one bearing on that side, and two on the other side. Would anyone have an idea how to easily fix the problem?
