Poor printing quality

Hi again,

in the last weeks I reached a nice printing quality.
For some unknown reason, the quality went bad, so I changed the default extruder to a standard MK8 which is working fine.

My nozzle clogged, because the extruder could not create enough pressure. I changed the heat break and nozzle and eas expecting a nice printing quality.

What I get is in the picture, with the same printing settings before, which creates very very good prints in my eyes. What can I do?

Is is possible, that the filament is bad? The spools are used and stocked in my living room. Is it possible? Or my settings are wrong now?

To me, that looks like the bed is too far away from the nozzle.

Den Fehler hab ich auch und das Bett habe ich auch neu gelevelt und trotzdem ist es nicht besser geworden.
