I am very curious on what people have for their printing settings. After lots of research and playing around below is what i have come up with for printing settings.
Cura
Cura
Layer Height: .3
Initial Layer Height: .27
Printing Temp: 200
Initial Layer Temp: 205
Plate Temp: 50
Initial Layer Plate Temp: 70
Enable Retraction
Retraction Distance: 10
Retraction Speed: 60
Print Speed: 40
Infill Speed: 60
Initial Layer Speed: 20
Fan Speed: 50 (Was seeing warping on one corner)
Adhesion Type: Skirt (also have the GCode Wipe)
Enable Coasting "Experimental" (Trying to reduce the stringing)
Combing Mode: Not in Skin
Of course if i print faster i lose some print quality. For example with those settings above it would take 2h 28min (cura's estimate so add at least 30 more minutes) for this model (no text one) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2806295.
But if I print at 60 I start to lose quality. At least this is what I have learned so far and correct me if I am wrong.

I am still also getting stringing with the above settings. Also i was printing and the head was hitting some supports on travel. I know stringing becomes, sometimes, worse with zhop i didnt want to really turn it on.
