Wrong distance below 10mm on Z axis

On my A5 I've got a strange problem, I installed tmc2208 drivers and a BLTouch with the community firmware 1.1.8
leveling works fine and the first test prints are good.
Since today I got problems with the Z offset an couldn't get the the right distance to the bed. I noticed my printer moves around 2-3mm instead of 1mm below 10mm on the z axis.
if I use 0.1mm steps it moves almost 1mm and if it reach 10mm its normal and correct.

any ideas whats wrong?

What fade height are you using?

I found the issue, the wrong command only came from the touch display, with octopi it worked fine.
After some restarts now it work correct but I didn't understand why.
