Feeding filament into a JG Aurora A5

Printing Newbie here.

I am not sure how to load my given filament into my printer. I will stick in, and push the filament into it's respective hole, and it will stop at a certain point. I have looked online on YouTube, and I learned there is a black, hard to press button near the hole on the side, which should allow an easy flow of filament. This doesn't work. I also press the "In" button from the set menu and extruder menu, those don't work either.

Please help

Are you able to get it into the main long tube? Try cutting the filament at a 45 degree angle so it is pointed, and try bending the filament to ensure there is a 10cm long length that is pretty straight. Then you will need to depress that stupid button to load the filament. While pressing that button you should be able to insert the filament all the way into the long bowden tube, and get it to extrude out of the nozzle by hand feeding.

Ok, my main problem was pressing down that button. After that I was able to get it through. Thanks a bunch
