The community firmware is already calibrated for steps per mm, the big problem is the nozzle diameter. You may get 20.1mm cubes, because the extrusion width is much wider than the nozzle width. You can tweak this feature in Cura to obtain the correct dimension.

ok, but, if i print always layers widht 0,1 and 0,2 
which nozzle size is best used. By default, we have 0.4 but I print only 0.1 or 0.2. Change to a smaller one to make printing more accurate?

You will get better detail with 0.2mm nozzle. But the risk of clogging is higher, and the print time will increase by 4x...
