Is there a way to fix this?

Your problem is stringing, the infill doesnt look so bad.
Set the retraction correct and when there is a problem with the infill, set the infillrate higher.

I dont have stringing while I print two things. Do you have a suggestion to fix stringing inside the shell?

Try printing that to check if you have stinging problems:

I test and set every filament I have with that test.  I also had not so bad prints with some filaments but the test showed that it was heavy stringing. I would wonder that you get the test stringing free.
It can be that the infillrate is to high but first try to print the test.

To be honest I’m not 100% sure that retraction is actually enabled at all for printing Infill. I have a hunch that it actually may be completely disabled ..... I think it was a choice Cura made, but I could be wrong. I think the reasoning being was that if no one saw it, it didn’t matter.
