I prefer Ultimaker Cura in current version, but there is no option to set options for the first layer.

Which slicer do you prefer?

Ofc its possible to Change first layer options with correct visible settings

I use JGcreat. There is changable first layer options as a U cura

have a look at preferences/settings in Ultimaker Cura, there you can activate options regarding settings for the first layer

Simplify 3D is what I use,  by far is the best slicer for 3D printing.  You can change every aspect of the print setting,  once you try it you won't want to go back.
