Temperature issues with the A5

Hi there,
My heatbed won't heat-up anymore, also my extruder temperature only heats up once in a while now.
This happened after I have been printing non-stop since thursday.
Have been trying to print from both the USB stick I'm always using and from the PC , both don't work anymore like they used to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

please do the following steps:
1. Connect the printer to a computer
2. Download pronterfaceÂ
3. Connect to printer (baud 250000)
4. Print any file, or try to set the temperatures
5. Check the console in pronterface for error messages
