JGaurora a5 making a loud squeaking noise!

When the to bed moves across a curtain point of its axis, it makes quite a loud noise, and I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to what is causing that. I ordered some PTFE Grease just to be safe, but I was wondering if there is anything else that could cause it?
