Higher support (~>3cm fails) and displacement

Hi,

when I print higher support, they gonna fail. (Simplify3D)

And now I got a discplacement of 1 layer and I dont know why. It is only 1 layer, but why?

    Whether it happens once or many times, later shifts occur when the motor force is overcome. Perhaps the motor current is too low, or perhaps there was some debris on the nozzle that melted onto the part and caused an obstruction.

    When you say the support is failing, what do you mean by this? Is it coming off the bed?

    It happend only this time, I use the tmc2130 drivers on x and y. Z is original. I will take a look at layer shifting. It seems the "problem" is on the x-axis, only there is the shift...

    Support failing:

    Watch the first picture, you can see a layer shift, too there and not normal printed filament, which is hanging around

    tmc2130 can overheat if they are not actively cooled - make sure there is enough cooling for these in particular.
