Slow Print Speeds

If I use the same print speeds on cura for all my printers this printer is by far the slowest of 6. My 2 anycubic megas seem to print twice as fast. I just don't feel like the printer is really using the print speeds I set on cura. Does anyone have any insight? I'm going to love this printer if I can get this issue hammered out:) Thanks.

Its probably because of the lower maximum acceleration settings. The bed is heavy, and in order to avoid rippling in the prints, it must accelerate slower to maintain print quality. That could explain the slower prints. That being said, if you want to increase the acceleration you are free to do so. You can add acceleration set lines to your start gcode:

    M201 X5000 Y5000
    M204 P5000 R5000 T5000

(these settings are way too high for practical printing, but just so you can see the effect, you can try them)
