Printing with USB cable

If I connect my JGAurora A5 to computer with a USB cable, do I have to leave my computer on the whole time until printing is done?  Or does the A5 has a buffer storage that keep the gcode files there, and the computer can be turn off?

For printing via USB cable, the computer needs to be on the whole time. Some people use a raspberry pi to replace a computer (see octopi setup) to help save power and free off the computer.
