A1 only fan working

I replaced the tubing and as I was attempting to feed the tube thru the wire holder my screen went black and now only the fan comes on. My computer can't find the printer and the LCD screen remains blank. What did I mess up?

    Please try the following. Unplug the connectors on the side of the printer that go to the print head, and then plug the power in. Does the screen turn on?

    If not, it sounds like some of the wires may have been short circuited, and the main motherboard may be damaged. If so, I would suggest to open the main case and inspect the motherboard.
