a5s under extrusion

my a5s is brand new and has a under extrusion problem it has small dot were it is trying to print

    For us to help you, we need to know more information like your printing settings.
    • Does this problem happen with the test print included on the factory SD card?
    • What procedure did you use to level the bed? How have you checked it is level?
    • Is the filament drive motor (extruder) grinding on the filament? Or, can you hear the extruder motor clicking?
    • Is this your first print, or did this happen before?
    • Is the filament guide tube (bowden tube) bent or kinked? Was it easy to load the filament down the tube or was there a lot of friction?
