Hotend is full of filament

why the hotend is covered with filament?

I had this problem too... The nozzle should be TIGHT against the heat break tube to prevent leaking.  The nozzle should NOT be tight against the heater block, there should be a gap between the heater block and the nozzle. Be very gently with the heatbreak tube, it is very easy to snap or shear.

heat break tube is the white PTFE tube?

The heat break is the metal threaded tube, as well as the PTFE liner. The metal tube is very thin and fragile.

I disambled all and cleaned all with torchlight.

The filament is coming out nice, but it still comes out of the hotend, why this can happen?

I changed from PETG back to PLA. One thing is weird too, the filament makes some tear drops and is brown instead of white.

I did not found the metal heat break in the spare parts, there are listed ?

PLA (poly lactic acid) breaks down into lactic acid, if a section of filament is heated for too long.
