A5 Hot end cooling fan not working

Cooling fan not working. Checked input voltage-24vdc at fan.Removed fan and applied external 24vdc-fan runs ok.

Replace fan. Under warranty?

No it isn't-Replaced fan. No help-Rechecked input voltage,ok @24vdc

You are saying you have 24volts going to the fan but the fan does not run???

wires damaged so that you get voltage, but no current at the fan?
