Z Axis

Hi I just bought a glass bed to try this on my jgmaker magic and I was wondering how I would set the new home position and in turn change the z axis. The thumb screws aren't adjusting enough to fix the gap. It isn't giving me a big enough gap for the glass to slide under. And suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

adjust the Z-axis limit switch instead of putting pressure on the Y-axis rods by over tightening the thumbscrews

Ok thanks, yeah I moved the switch slightly and got the nozzle to work with the glass. Now I'm just trying to get the prints to stick to the glass so I have to mess with the adjustments.

goodluck! quick tip, wipe/wash the glass bed before printing to get rid of hand grease. if you have textured glass, let it cool first before taking out prints
