octoprint problem

good afternoon everyone,
i have a small problem with my octoprint.
i installed an raspberry pi 3 in my printer and it worked perfectly fine, i did a few prints with it, but suddenly i get this message when i start a print.
does anyone know what this is and how to fix it.
if i start a print from the usb stick in my printr with my octopi powered off it works correct so i assume its a problem with my octoprint

Hello @Barts -- this error is not related to octoprint. This is the printer saying that the preheating stage failed. Maybe the printing location is too cold or breezy? Or it can indicate a potential error with the thermistors on the printer.
