A5S / A1 Upgrade Hotend

I came on to see if there were any options for upgrading the hot end. It seems it's just not putting enough heat through to keep filament flowing. Or maybe the heater is just getting old. Or maybe I just got some janky filament.

    Hi @Richy_T -- the A5S/A1 hotend is only 30W. The standard is 40W which could be a good upgrade, but maybe there is something else going on, like friction or a damaged nozzle. What material, temperature, and print speed are you using?

    I'll have a check. I just seem to have got a few spools recently where I've had to crank down the speed to get a good print. Though my esun is definitely a different formulation from the last spool of it I bought.
