Here is what I use for petg:

Use good PLA setting and make these changes.

A: Level the bed good with a sheet of paper with the nozzle at 245 and the bed at 70.

B: Print temps …

I soldered mine right to the connector pins.

Yeah, but I have no idea how to do that. Wiring up a light switch is pretty simple and does not require opening or modifying the printer. Sometimes simple is better.

This is is how I do it. At the end of the print, the bed moves forward and tripper turns the switch off.

Hard to tell from the pic. Try to clean it off with isopropyl alcohol. Could just be adhesive from the tape.

It goes around the top of the printer where the wire bundle comes through to keep it from rubbing against the metal frame.
