JG Maker Magic ZAxis issues

when the Z move up the left hand side seems to not start moving at the same time, once there has been the initial up movement the movement continues quite smoothly, just with a few minor pulses. then when switched to move back down, again the left side down move immediately. it appears that the rollers give a little allowing the z to twist slightly. any ideas how to stop this?

I had this issue on my maker magic too. This sounds crazy but I recommend you try this:

I removed all the rollers from the left hand side of the printer, so it will only be supported by the right side. This fixed the issue for me. This is still definitely rigid enough, and many printers use a cantilevered design like this, including the new Prusa Mini printer.
