Could likely be a fault with your motherboard.

I had the same sort of problem on my version 1 A3s - both the bed and thermistor were displaying wrong temperatures - it was the motherboard

Luckily, the Makerbase MKS Gen L board is very cheap - less than £20 from Amazon, and less than £12 from makerbase official store on aliexpress (they also have 32 bit version same price)
