Temperature always 96 celsius

Hello

First problem was that there was same kind of leak above of nozzle. Filament started to leak from above nozzle and drain to over printed object.

I dismantled it and cleaned it. After that bed and nozzle tells temperature is 96 celsius. If I try to heat nozzle temperature rises, but it overheat a LOT when temperature is 138 celsius.

Any help / fix this problem? Questions?

Sounds like some wire is making contact with heater block that should not be. Maybe the thermistor wiring needs to be checked. Maybe the motherboard temperature input has been damaged. If the screw on the thermistor is too tight, that can also cause damage.
