Initial Layer always too thin- Calibrating Z axis - solved

Hi there,
I had the problem, that every print I made the first layer was very very thin (even if I change the height to 0,2 and initial height to 0,2)
In this case I use the community Marlin firmware 2.0d (Thanks and appreciation to Samuel Pinches)
Bed leveling of the corners and the 25 points were made 3-4 times - everything is at 0,1
By the try to print a 2mm cover - I heard all ticking my extruder all the time- so it seemed that the flow is too high - but in result I have underextrusion - so the nozzle seems to be too close to the bed.
after some hours of reading here in the forum I tried to level my bed at 0,2 and 0,3 mm.
In my case that was the solution.
My Fastprint settings (initial layer 0,2 - layer 0,3)
I use a Swiss stainless steel nozzle 0.4 from micro swiss in a stainless steel nozzle throat.
DaHai Blow Hard 3000 (Thanks and appreciation)
here a foto of a print made with these settings:
(It's a tray for wirespools with a little handle at the front)
If you have any remarks or tips - you're very welcome
Thanked by 1Samuel Pinches
