Help with Tune settings etc

Can someone help me please?
My 12 year old go into the dial and messed around with the speed, nozzle settings in the tune section. Now nothing will print right, it also seems like the Z axis will no longer raise while printing. Is there a way to default this back? When I click load settings, initialize etc. it just beeps like there is nothing there. I am beyond frustrated. I tried the text file with 502.500 etc like the other thread and that did nothing. All speed settings seem to be manual set and no new gcode files seem to change anything in the speed, etc.
