A3S bed not moving and not heating

Hi,

I'm having trouble with my bed not moving and not heating. Also the temperature on my bed shows a reading of 340/50 which indicates probably a short circuit. I haven't started on this yet, this is my next step but it shows nothing about the bed not moving. Should I try to investigate the 2 troubles separate or together? If together what would you suggest I do along with the bed heating troubleshooting?

Thank you

Welcome @Meestho - I would start on the temperature readings first. If a thermal issue occurs, the whole printer can go into safe mode, and will not move at all. Best, Sam

for bed heating issues, here are some topics related to burned connector pin for powering hotbed(mine was also affected until I soldered cables directly on pins, instead using crappy connector)
Wrong reading may occur due to steel brush cleaning of nozzle when powered-you might put 24V from heater to analog pin of motherboard and permanently damage it.
Another possible issue is overtightening screw holding temp sensor inside heater block. It is made from glass, so it will break and possibly make short
