Z-Axis Level Problem

When I'm jogging my axis, my limits swtich are working. Same thing with my homing.
When I'm doing my leveling, the Z-Axis is going on the bed really deep. It is actually not being stop by the limit switch,... it is crushing the limit switch.

The last time I print, couple a month ago, it crashed into the bed. Like evrybody else, I have to grease my Z-Axis cause it's make some noise going up.
But crashing the limit switch!!!!
Anyone got the same problem?

From what I read about the A5 (I have the A5S), it seems the z endstop that ships with the printer is very weak and tends to fail. Take a look at this video on how to replace it. It is very cheap:

Connect pronterface with a computer. Type m119 <enter> you should see the status of your endstops. Z should be open. Manually close the switch and while holding it type m119 again and hit enter. Z should now be TRIGGERED. If not check the wiring and switch.

    Thank you guys.
I finally grease all screws and put Z axis at level and everything is working now.
