A5 extruder block

Hello, my A5 extruder block threaded holes are worn, so that screw cannot be put anymore (blowing ducts for instance). Do you have a suggestion? I am looking for a replacement of the extruder but cannot find one. Has anyone already encountered this problem? Thanks so much in advance
