A5 z axis blockage

Hello, my A5 has problems in a short segment of the z axis (left), in which it seem to stop going upwards,  kind of blockage, but motors and voltage seems to be fine. Do you know how to solve this problem? Thank you in advance

Try to clean off the old lubricant paste, and replace with high quality PTFE lubricant, e.g. superlube

make sure your max feedrate for Z is ~10mm/s. And what Sam said. Is your x-axis level with the rest of the machine?
