JGAurora A5 - Problems start printing

I have the following problems when starting a print:

1. The temperature of the bed or the extruder does not rise. Initially the extruder indicates 40/200º and the bed 16/60º. After a few seconds they both change to 39/0º and 16/0º. I have disassembled the thermistor and looked at the cables, which are not damaged or cut.

2. If printing starts, before finishing the first layer of printing, always stop at the same point on the bed.

Tengo los siguientes problemas al iniciar una impresión:

1. No sube la temperatura ni de la cama ni del extrusor. Inicialmente el extrusor indica 40/200º y la cama 16/60º. Al cabo de unos segundos cambian los dos a 39/0º y 16/0º. He desmontado el termistor y mirado los cables, que no estan dañados ni cortados.

2. Si se inicia la impresión, antes de finalizar la primera capa de impresión, se detiente siempre en el mismo punto de la cama.

1. Can you please try heating bed or extruder one by one? Do either of them work?
2. This sounds like a thermistor cable issue. You can see the log by connecting the printer to pronterface before printing -- see https://jgaurorawiki.com/pronterface
