problems with Y and Z axes

Hello. My JGaurora A3S is not recognizing the Y and Z axes. It simply does not move them and does not return to the home. I would like to know if anyone can help me to solve this problem. thank you.

    Most likely it is a loose connection on the X axis endstop. You can test the function of all your endstops using pronterface, and sending the command M119.

    send command M119, and see what state is reported for each endstop. Then, while holding down each endstop, send the command again to see that the changed state is correctly detected.
