Throat(Tube) broken inside the heatsink (x-axis holder)

Hello Community,

I have a big problem:

I have managed to brake the throat in the heatblock (the one with the teflon tube inside). Sadly it broke apart directly at the connection into the big heat sink (which is mounted on the x-axis). I wasn´t able to extract the part of the tube which is stucked into the heat sink. I have nothing left of it outside to hold it tight to unscrew it.

I fear i will not manage to unscrew it, so the complete heatsink-block including the x-axit mount is useless.

Do you have any idea what i can try?

Part of me already accepted the loss and i searched for new extruder possibilities. But as i am totaly new to 3d printing (that´s why i bought this complete printer;)) i have no idea how i can build these hotends (i found e3d v6 for example) to my x-axis, as the heatsink included the whole transportation system in this printer.

So how is it possible to put a new extruder on there or can i get the original heatsink/carriage as spare part?

I hope my problem became clear. Maybe someone can help?

With kind regards,
André
