BLTouch automatic leveling "loosing" max X one in 3 times?

Hey folks
I've acquired A5 some time ago and since then i've been steadily upgrading it to usable state.
One of my most recent upgrades was adding in automatic bed leveling with BLTouch since my bed is so warped and leveling knobs are so loose otherwise i'd have to redo manual mesh leveling every time i wanted to print anything.
It all works well for the most part, however about one in 3 times or so the automatic mesh leveling seems to assume center (the Z safe homing) is actually 0 on X axis and from there on everything is offset to the right, this also means that it's possible for it to go "out of bounds" on that axis.
I assume that picking probing points in this mode is random as sometimes even when the issue occurs it may pick all points with visible offset to the right (left side not probed as often) and not actually go "out of bounds", this usually means that print will also start off center to the right and will go just fine as long as it's not very wide.
Nevertheless i'm at loss as to why this issue occurs and why it does occur at random, if anyone has any idea why it may be the case it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
