Nothing heating

Hello
I have been using my printer without any significant problems for a few months. Today I came to start a new print a couple of hours after the last one finished and it started but before if finished the first layer it homed.
I went to restart if but neither the heat bed not the nozzle will heat, either manually or based on a file.
I also noticed that my filament out sensor hasn't been working either.
Any thoughts...?
I would really appreciate any help.
