Printing off USB Stick freezing A5

I am trying to print some projects using the same print profiles I have used before but when I select print my LCD freezes and the temp shows XXX/0 and XX/0. When I print old projects it works fine? This a new issue with Simplify3d?

    Not sure, but I do have a license for S3d ... are you able to upload your gcode (and possibly FFF & STL?) for me to investigate?

    Mustve been the FFF profile because i just made a new one and the issue went away.... hmph.

    **Edit** I lied, issue came back but I switched back to the USB stick provided with printer and it printed fine...
