    It is difficult because that video shows both x and y movements simultaneously. Maybe try some manual moves with one axis at a time. Could be the cheap bearings (you can get a replacement set of higher quality bearings here) or it could be the cables inside the chassis rubbing on things as the bed moves. Hard to say with that video alone.

    I made sure all cables are tied down when i switched to new steppers. I believe its the X axis (print head).Β

    I think there might be slight layer shifts because of it. Do you know if there are faster delivery option ones for the set?Β

    I'm not sure sorry.Β I think you would need to contact them to ask. It's likely, probably around an extra +$35USD for express delivery.

    what size is needed for the X axis? might have to get some on amazon in the mean time. Also what lube is needed. I got a PTFE one but some got on the head and it smoked

    PTFE lube is best - I wrote an article on 3D printer lubrication here. No lubricant should get on the head...?

    X axis uses 1x LM8UU and 1x LM8LUU but those are all crummy cheap bearings. Might be worth buying a larger pack so you can pick the best 1 of each size.

    what are Solid Polymer bearings? Are they something that is good? From pictures they dont look like they have balls.

    They use a plastic, which has a lubricant mixed inside the material. As the plastic wears away, the lubricant is released. They have a reasonably good lifespan, it is not like they wear out very quickly. But, they don't work well on smooth rods. They need a surface that is not perfectly smooth, so that the lubricant can be released.

    Toooo much noise from A5 ?

    only remove the metal plate with "3D Printer" (only 2 screws) and it is less noise.

    i was thinking, after i purchased the bearings, that it might also be the problem.Β

    @Auswanderer @Samuel Pinches
    The protection plate was the problem. I have it running and am not hearing that grinding. Not sure why the metal plate warped to be grinding on the head.

    This is of course after i ordered the bearings. Oh well i guess i will update them in the near future to be safe anyways
