JGaurora is beeping only at start by usb-stick

hi,
i cant start a print over the lcd screen. if i choose the print from usb-stick the printer pauses and begins to beeping.
There are no problems if i start the print over the usbcable and cura. But i dont want to plugin my notebook all over the time.
Please help. I checked the filament sensor cable next to the lcd screen. it seems to installed right. I checked the youtube video.
