A5X stoppt mitten im Druckauftrag - warum?

Hallo,
mein A5X stoppt aus mir unbekannten Gründen mitten im Druckauftrag und schaltet auch Hotbed und Extruderheizung aus und beibt einfach irgendwo stehen (schon mehrmals).
Auch nach stoppen des Drucks lässt sich mittels Move nichts mehr bewegen. Nach Aus- und Einschalten geht er wieder.
Was könnte das sein?

my A5X stops for unknown reasons in the middle of the print job and also turns off hotbed and extruder heating and just stops somewhere (happened several times).
Even after the Printinger job has been stopped, nothing can be moved using "Move" function. After switching off and on, the printer ist working again till the next stop while a Print job.
What could that be?
