A5S

Hi, I'm new here :) a hearty hello to all here.

I bought an A5S in December, I am almost satisfied with the device except :)
with black PLA I have violent problems ...
All other colors go very well, take that from E-Sun

1.) can you convert the A5 to auto beet levels?
2.) can you install a dual extruder above?
sorry for my english, googlanslator

Hi and welcome @asterix007 !

Unfortunately, at this stage the A5S firmware cannot be modified easily, so major hardware modifications are not possible.

The A5S looks the same as the A5 on the outside, but the inside is very different.

Hopefully we will have an alternate firmware option for the A5S later this year...

I'll stay tuned if there is something :)

Hi @asterix007 - I would like to see auto bed levelling on the A5S, but I cannot promise anything yet. We are making progress though:

From looking at the motherboard, a second extruder nozzle is not possible, without replacing the motherboard. A second extruder (single nozzle) may be possible.

or can I also take those from the A5? Unfortunately,
I find nothing in the net for the A5 "s" :(
