2nd fan is not running

Hi,

why does the second fan (I think the fan, that should cool down the filament) is not running while printing?

When I turn it on manually, and start the print, the fan stops working and the print starts.

I think this is the reason why my filament is coming up. It seems, that the nozzle pulls the filament away, because it is to fluid. It is possible?

Should the fan not work while printing? I speak from the fan near the nozzle

I use the community fw.

Or is it wanted, that in the first layer the fan doesnt run?

Usually it is best to have no fan for the bottom layers, so that there is no curling or warping. There is usually an option in the slicer to enable or disable cooling for the bottom layers.
