JGAurora A5 stopping mid print without error even when pronterface is running&monitoring ((SOLVED))

i just had the same problem with usb stick so i tried the usb cable and have the same thing.
so i tried to print using pronterface its self using usb cable and this what i get:

(so i unplug the usb)

[ERROR] Can't read from printer (disconnected?) (SerialException): call to ClearCommError failed

[ERROR] Can't write to printer (disconnected?) (SerialException): WriteFile failed (WindowsError(5, 'Access is denied.'))
(here i plug the usb cable back )

That is very very strange... something has gone wrong somewhere then.. can you cancel the print from pronterface? When it stops, are the motors still "active" or do the axis become floppy? The fans keep spinning and the nozzle stays hot?

find out the x stepper driver was bad and replace it now its work good
