JGAurora A5 stopping mid print without error even when pronterface is running&monitoring ((SOLVED))

i just had the same problem with usb stick so i tried the usb cable and have the same thing.
so i tried to print using pronterface its self using usb cable and this what i get:
The progress should be updated on the printer now: M117 26.44% Est 1:49:49

(so i unplug the usb)
